Continental US | Flatrate Shipping
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 5–15 business days.

Alaska & Hawaii | Flatrate Shipping
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days and should arrive in 10-15 business days. Deliveries to remote locations can take an additional 45 days or more to arrive.

Canada | Flatrate Shipping
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days and should arrive in 10-15 business days. Deliveries to remote locations can take an additional 45 days or more to arrive.

Consider the provided shipping times as only an estimate. We have no control over packages after they have been sent to the postal carrier.

We do not ship on Saturday & Sunday or holidays.

Non-Delivery Destinations
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO boxes, or any other destinations not listed on our site.

Tracking numbers are normally sent the same day the order is shipped.

Multiple Shipments
Depending on availability and/or the size and weight of an order, we may be unable to send a whole order all at once, so orders may sometimes be shipped in multiple packages. However, when possible, we make every attempt to ship all products contained in a given order at the same time. In addition, products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. You will be refunded for any products that are unavailable after all available items have shipped, plus any applicable taxes and/or shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt or shopping cart, and the entirety of the shipping charge will be applied to the full order on multiple shipments.

Shipping Damage & Warranty
Defective merchandise can be replaced. However, damaged merchandise cannot be replaced, in whole or in part, and must be claimed through the carrier. If your purchase includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement first.

Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If you are missing an item or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. If you receive a defective item, take a picture of the item(s) and email it to us, or include the item(s) with your return. Either way, an explanation of the defect must be included with your return. Qualified returns are accepted up to 14 days after order receipt and must include all packaging and materials with tags in place.If we find the defect to be on our part, a refund will be issued of the full purchase; otherwise, you will receive a partial refund. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx, depending on your requested delivery location and your request for delivery time. However, all items are listed with a preset delivery provider, which could change at the time of delivery depending on a number of factors. We will notify you of this information once your order has shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns Processing
Qualified returns are accepted up to 14 days after order receipt and must include all packaging and materials with tags in place. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to inform us of your return and to have a return form emailed to you if one was not included with your package. Returns will not be processed without this form.

Visit PayPal.com to print a return label or visit your local post office to return merchandise. Also, be sure to choose a return shipping option with a tracking number to track your package and email this number to us. It may also be a good idea to add insurance to your package(s).

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective returns, including returns that show signs of tampering or have been opened, have tags removed, or have been used. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds Processing
Refunds are normally issued within 24-48 hours of receiving your return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus a restock fee (20% of sale) if applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have not received your refund within 30 days, contact us.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted on perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), jewelry, undergarments, and personal care goods (such as beauty products, makeup, bath & body products, hair care products & accessories; this includes hats, caps, and other head gear, etc.). We also do not accept returns on used/pre-loved items, sale items, gift cards, software, video games, subscriptions/services, movies, CDs, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

NOTE: We reserve the right to change/edit this list of unacceptable returns at our sole discretion without prior notice to you. It is recommended that you review this information per visit prior to ordering.

Exchanges Processing
We do not accept exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund should your item(s) meet the return requirements. Please see our return policy for details.

What to expect when you place an online order
Once you submit your order, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received and another email to notify you that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.

To track your order, visit the website of the carrier delivering your order.

Cancellation Policy
Once submitted, orders can only be canceled if your item choice is out of stock. In this case, we will notify you, then process your refund. Other than this, orders cannot be canceled once submitted and will need to be returned to us.

Items with incorrect pricing and/or non-delivery destinations
We do our best to ensure that our pricing and content are as accurate as possible; however, errors do happen. If you find an error in our pricing or content or find that you have placed an order for an item that cannot be shipped to your destination, contact us immediately. If we find a pricing error, we may bill you for the difference, and orders placed to non-deliverable destinations are automatically cancelled.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Crowded Crate shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. CuriousCurio shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CuriousCurio will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Item/website descriptions, typos, and photographic errors are subject to corrections and changes. More specifically, gemstones and other natural products are original and have individual qualities and properties. No gemstone, natural stone, crystal stone, etc. will look, feel or weight the same.

Item limits
You may purchase as many items as you'd like at any given time. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders placed on our site, limit, or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. If this ever occurs, you will be notified via the email address, billing address, or phone number provided with the respective order.

PayPal and Stripe are accepted for online purchases.

Credit Card Billing
Credit cards are billed once merchandise ships from one of our warehouses. We do not offer back orders or advance order
